The organization is governed through a nine-member elected Board of Directors. This body enjoys all the powers for policy making and smooth running of the organization. Moreover, this body provides guidelines and ensures the implementation of the policies and planning to achieve objectives of the organization. It also monitors the execution of the activities through quarterly meetings, time to time review of the functioning of organization, and by paying field visits. This Board of Directors is also a recruiting authority of the Executive Director for program implementation and management of the organization.
